CORE MANDATE OF THE BUILT-ENVIRONMENT AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

The department is the epicenter of Urbandevplan Consulting, it is configured to support our partners to plan, deliver, maintain, manage and operate efficient world class facilities, infrastructure services. The department is able to this achieve this through the incorporation of modern technologies driven by sector experts. We do this to drive safe, efficient and sustainable environments for optimization of business performance and community enhancement. Property Development & Planning Division

Core Mandate of the division

The division is responsible for all pre-property development initiatives in line with the applicable development and planning legislations, policies, municipal by-laws, plans and land use schemes. With our intimate understanding of the requirements of governments, local authorities, mines and industries, Urbandevplan Consulting team is able to provide our partners with complete solutions for desired developments. Infrastructure & Engineering Division

The division is responsible for all infrastructure planning, delivery, maintenance and management of projects and programmes. Urbandevplan Consulting has full capability in the entire value chain of infrastructure development, whether on a national or a community scale. Having successfully helped to deliver infrastructure projects Urbandevplan Consulting draws on its own creativity, expertise and strategic partnerships to ensure successful project execution.
